Returns & Credits








Please read carefully!
We have a "No Return" policy. However, in case of a "gross misrepresentation" of item(s) description we have implemented the following terms.

If a customer feels an item has been grossly misrepresented, customer is to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) with explanation of dissatisfaction. No refunds or credits if you fail to contact us within this time frame. We will evaluate your situation (individually of others) immediately and notify you within 48 hours. If at this time it is agreed a gross misrepresentation was made then customer must adhere to the following.
  • Item(s) to be shipped within 24 hours of our agreement to return.
  • Customer is to ship item(s) via Priority Mail, Insured with Delivery Confirmation
  • Item(s) must be in same condition as when shipped to you - UNWORN!
  • Postage/Insurance/Delivery Confirmation is customer's expense, not refundable
  • There is a 15% re-stocking fee for credit card payments
  • NO refunds or credits given on any SALE item(s)

Upon receipt of package we will inspect items(s) and you will be notified within 24 hours as to whether a refund or online credit is warranted. If refund or credit is due to customer we will issue only the amount paid for returned item. This excludes the price of shipping, handling, insurance, and delivery confirmation fees.

Please note - there is a "re-stocking fee" of 15% for all credit card payments or payments via Paypal.com.

Refunds/Credits - Only for gross mis-representation of product. Does Not Include international customers, sale items, or customer's remorse. Sorry, no exceptions!

At Kajn's Vintage Pretty 'n Lace we strive to do our very best to describe all items accurately. Please keep in mind that the lingerie/clothes/accessories/shoes/slippers sold online are VINTAGE not NEW. These items range from the 1900's - 1980's and could be 100+ years old. You must measure yourself then compare to size listed. Then if you have questions what-so-ever about any item, please write or call to get your questions answered. Refunds or online credits are for gross misrepresentation, meaning something of major damage or clearly a wrong size but never for buyer's remorse as we state above.
